Our 7-day data plan money back guarantee:

We offers refunds on your data plan purchase within the first 7 calendar days of your router being delivered to your shipping address or pick-up from our drop box. Routers are not subject to the refund policy as they are not charged for upon checkout. 

The term “router”, which is used throughout this Return Policy, refers to our three available router products: 

 

How to cancel your data plan and receive a refund within our 7-day refund window:

Step 1: Speak with a live agent within 7 calendar days of your device being delivered to your shipping address or picked up from our dropbox. If a refund request is submitted after 7 calendar days of the device delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund of service but you will be responsible for the return of the equipment.

Step 2: Once your cancellation request form is submitted, a representative will process the request and email you back with instructions on how to generate a return shipping label with a common carrier. 

Step 3: If your router was shipped,  a return shipping label is generated, you will be required to ship the router back, along with all of its original parts and in its original condition, including, but not limited to, (i) USB adapter, (ii) original box, (iii) charging cable, (iv) antennas, (v) power adapter, (vi) ethernet cables, etc., using the return label sent to you. If you picked up from the dropbox,  you will be reqired to return the router to the dropbox. 
To be eligible for the refund, the customer is responsible for ensuring the router is delivered to and in the possession of the common carrier within 7 calendar days of the customer receiving the return label instructions email. 

Step 4: Once our warehouse team receives, inspects, and verifies the condition of your device, your refund for the data plan will be applied to the payment method used on your initial checkout. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days from the time our warehouse team receives your device to process a refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Any service fees, device warranty charges, and shipping costs paid during the initial check out are non-refundable. 

NOTE: If the router is not handed over to (dropped off or picked up by) the common carrier identified on the return label within 7 calendar days of when you received the return instructions email, you will be charged a device fee per the “Hardware Fee Schedule”.

If the router is returned damaged: 

If the router is determined by our warehouse inspection team to be damaged, has cosmetic blemishes, or is missing parts, you will not be eligible for a refund and you will be subject to the following applicable charges:

Hardware Fee Schedule:

Missing charging cable: $15.00

  • Missing USB adapter: $5.00
  • Box not returned: $5.00
  • Router has medium to heavy signs of use or cosmetic blemishes: $50.00
  • Non-returned router or router with major cosmetic blemishes /damaged/broken/Non-Resellable: $130

 

  • Missing Power Adaptor: $25.00
  • Box not returned: $10.00
  • Missing Antennas: $70.00
  • Missing Ethernet Cables: $10.00
  • Router has medium to heavy signs of use or cosmetic blemishes: $120.00
  • Non-returned router or router with major cosmetic blemishes /damaged/broken/Non-Resellable: $200.00

Cancelling your data plan after the 7-day refund window:

There will be no refunds if you request cancellation of your data plan outside of the first 7 calendar days of receiving your device in the mail. If you’d like to cancel prior to the start of a new billing cycle, and avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle, you must submit your cancellation request at least 5 business days prior to your new cycle start date. Any service fees and device warranty charges paid are non-refundable.

How to cancel your data plan outside our 7-day refund window:

Step 1: Speak with a live agent on our helpcenter.  If you’d like to cancel prior to the start of a new billing cycle and avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle, you must submit your cancellation request at least 5 business days prior to your new cycle start date.

Step 2: Once your cancellation request form is submitted, a representative will process the request and email you back with instructions on how to generate a return shipping label with a common carrier.

Step 3: Once a return shipping label is generated, you will be required to ship the router back, along with all of its original parts and in its original condition, including, but not limited to, (i) USB adapter, (ii) original box, (iii) charging cable, (iv) antennas, (v) power adapter, (vi) ethernet cables, etc., using the return label sent to you.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the router is delivered to and in the possession of the common carrier specified within 7 calendar days of the customer receiving the return label instructions email. Failure to do so will result in the same fee as if the device has cosmetic damage, is broken, or is non-resellable.

If the router is returned damaged: 

If the router is determined by our warehouse inspection team to be damaged, has cosmetic blemishes, or is missing parts, you will not be eligible for a refund and you will be subject to the following applicable charges:

Wireless Portable Router:

  • Missing charging cable: $15.00
  • Missing USB adapter: $5.00
  • Box not returned: $5.00
  • Router has medium to heavy signs of use or cosmetic blemishes: $50.00
  • Non-returned router or router with major cosmetic blemishes /damaged/broken/Non-Resellable: $130

LTE Router:

  • Missing Power Adaptor: $25.00
  • Box not returned: $10.00
  • Missing Antennas: $70.00
  • Missing Ethernet Cables: $10.00
  • Router has medium to heavy signs of use or cosmetic blemishes: $120.00
  • Non-returned router or router with major cosmetic blemishes /damaged/broken/Non-Resellable: $200.00

Accessories Return Policy:

Any accessories purchased are final sale and non-refundable.  

If you receive an accessory item that is defective/arrives damaged or does not work upon receipt, you may reach out to us on our Helpcenter within the first 7 calendar days of your accessory item being delivered to your shipping address to be eligible for replacement. 

Device Warranties Return Policy:

 

Device Warranties:

All Device Warranties purchased at any time are non-refundable. 

Device Warranty Subscriptions will be cancelled alongside the cancellation of the Data Plan of the corresponding router(s). However, no refunds for device warranties will be given, even if your Data plan is cancelled within the 7-day calendar refund window.

Do I own the LTE equipment?

No, customers do not own wireless, LTE  portable wireless router. If you choose to cancel your service, you will be required to return your router us in order to avoid being charged a device fee.

How does your monthly billing work?

Our plan prices are straightforward with no hidden fees. We include the device for free in your initial plan purchase. Monthly payments are then made on the first of ever month.  

What happens if I go over my data limit?

If you go over your allotted data amount, your service will slow or you may stop receiving data services until your next cycle begins.

You can choose to upgrade to a larger GB plan mid-cycle in order to receive additional data.
